The search for the rarest LOUIS XIII decanter on earth has begun last 3rd February, and it is indeed one difficult task, to say the least, with four Asian countries namely Malaysia, India, Singapore and the Philippines selected as the start of the legendary quest.

For those unfamiliar with LOUIS XIII, well, here’s a brief history lesson; LOUIS XII was created by Cognac in 1874 with unique decanters used to encase this perfect blend. By 1881, the fine craftsmanship reflected in every complex decanter ensures the that perfect Cognac blend is enjoyed with not only class, but elegance worldwide.

Now that centuries have passed, Cognac is looking for personal decanter collectors whom are still keeping those precious decanter safely, with the one holding the oldest, often considered ‘the legend’, bound for Rémy Martin Estate in Cognac, France.

The search of this legendary decanter would then proceed to the rest of the world with the hashtags “#QuestforaLegend” and “#LOUISXIII” grandly used for those following this massive search.

Those feeling they possess the rarest LOUIS XIII decanter are therefore encouraged to send details and photos of their LOUIS XIII bottle via SMS Text, Whatsapp or to the local Rémy Martin offices which are listed at http://unr.ly/1C5zQet.
