THE BORNEO POST: Sarawak want to protest the red card given to Azizan Baba during last Friday’s Premier League clash with Kedah in Alor Setar.

Azizan was given his marching orders in the 27th minute after receiving a second yellow card.

Head coach Robert Alberts is confident that the team have enough evidence to prove that the referee made an error in judgement.

He said that the team have the right to protest and appeal and they are currently compiling video replays of the match to prove their case.

A red card for Azizan means that he will miss next Tuesday’s FA Cup second leg quarter final clash against Kelantan at home.
