The global POCO F2 Pro 5G launch will be happening tomorrow, 16 May 2020.

POCO, known for it’s impressive specifications, at budget friendly prices, will see the new POCO F2 Pro introduced enabled with 5G.

According to specifications stated on GSMArena, the new 5G phone by POCO Xiaomi will feature a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The rear camera will have a 64MP, 26mm wide lens main camera, accompanied by a 5MP 50mm telephoto macro camera, a 13MP 13mm ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth camera. The former three cameras come with Auto focus. In front, the motorized pop-up selfie camera is a whopping 40 MP wide lens that can shoot in High-dynamic-range (HDR), hence said to make selfies pop-out.

An image shared by the site revealed that the camera will likely be grouped in a circular manner as seen below.

The site further claims that the phone will have a glass body which is protected and held together by an aluminum frame.

Specifications also reveal that the Pofo F2 Pro can be charged using a USB-C connector, and will also have the all important 3.5mm audio jack.

It will boast an under display fingerprint scanner, and will come in two variant, which is the 128GB 6GB RAM variant, and the 256GB 8GB RAM variant.

Colour options include grey, purple, white and blue, with the POCO F2 Pro 5G launch likely to announce the phone at about EUR570 (MRY2,667).
