Anchor Food Professionals are back to share a yummy kick off to start your 2018 right!
Remember my write-up on PizzArt campaign which was carried out nationwide from May to October last year? Following a huge success, now its back for its second phase! This time with more ambitious creations and lots more cheesy goodness tailored around Foodies like you.
Just when you thought pizza couldn’t get any better yeah? 😉
Conceptualized and created by Anchor Food Professionals’ own Hot Cooking Chefs, these PizzArt are only to be made by kitchen crew with advanced culinary skills, using the best ingredients and Anchors quality products.

This time around, PizzArt is being brought to Kuching, specifically available at Osome Wood Fired Pizza. Being one of Kuching’s favorite pizza place, what makes theirs special is, like the name states, they cook their pizzas in a traditional wood fired oven which enhances the flavor of their fresh ingredients. What better place to cater super pizza lovers!
In hopes to trail blaze the increasingly popular innovative pizza movement in Malaysia, Anchor Food Professional introduced 2 special menus for Kuching Foodies. The likely Malaysian favorite, PizzBurger and the ultimate UltiMeat Pizza.
PizzBurger

Heres a bonus for superfans of both Pizza and Burgers. I applause on this combination! Get the best of both worlds with PizzBurger where you can savor a thick and juicy grilled minced meat filled with delicious gooey melt which is a double combination of Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese. These absolute in-sync cheeses gets its smooth mild flavour from Colby and Cheddar while the Mozzarella provides the creamy stringiness that all pizza fans love. It doesn’t stop there. This cheese stuffed meat is layered with chicken slice and then enveloped in baked light crust made with aromatic Anchor Butter. Sounds heavenly? Its humble look definitely doesn’t serve justice to its mouth-watering taste.
UltiMeat Pizza

Who can recall KFC’s bold Double Down Burger? That is definitely something. Now, let me introduce you the ultimate twist to pizza, my personal favorite, The UltiMeat Pizza. No pizza crust, just meat! Wholesome ground chicken meat, well coated in perfectly seasoned bread crumbs, deep-fried to crunchy goodness before being smothered with pizza sauce on top and garnished generously with Anchor mixed cheeses. This masterpiece will then be baked in Osome’s Wood Fired oven to get those cheese bubbling hot. The result? A hearty meal with an impeccable taste of sweet meat, mellowed out by a buttery, nutty and sharp flavors of cheese mixtures. Great for a serving of 2.
BONUS! Osome’s Panna Cotta

What meal is complete without DESSERT! Osome’s team gave us a taste of their famous panna cotta, made with Anchor Cream Cheese and Anchor Cream. Cream dream indeed! Its smooth yet rich texture melts in your mouth, while toasted coconut and sliced almonds on top blends in well to give a medley of texture. This is a must-try.
Not forgetting, every order comes with a free colorful pizza cutter. So if you missed the first campaign, hurry up and give this second one a try before campaign ends in June! The artisanal pizzas will be available nationwide at 18 participating outlets.

Thank you for the comment Emmanuel.
You can choose from 3 sauces, 2 cheeses, 12 veggies, 6 meats, and crust with or without gluten. I chose the original crust with barbecue sauce, shredded mozzarella, grilled chicken, and caramelized onions. It was the best barbecue pizza I’ve ever had and I think that has to do with how the oven cooks the crust and melts the cheese. It just tastes better than pizza from any average oven. I also tried the Easy Cheese pizza that costs $8. 99 for an 11 inch pizza and it was delicious. I highly recommend taking a seat at one of their large wooden tables with family or friends and try their absolutely amazing wood fired pizza if you get the chance.
