Mydin supermall to be built in Petra Jaya

Mydin will have a massive supermall at Vista Tunku in Petra Jaya in the next two years.

According to news reports, Zecon Land Sdn Bhd would construct the supermall on a 2ha site on a design and build basis.  The supermall wiould be leased out for 30-years to Mydin Mohamad Holdings Bhd (MMHB) and this will signal MMHB’s very first investment in Sarawak.

The supermall will allow Mydin to have a gross floor area of 778,000sq ft, of which 466,000sq ft would be lettable.  Some 1,500 parking spaces would be made available for the planned supermall, including 780 basement carparks.
