The Crocs are given yet another chance to widen the gap with the teams below them when they take on Negeri Sembilan this Tuesday.

Negeri Sembilan are six in the league and a victory against Sarawak will push them to third if they are lucky. They however stand a very good chance to win against the toothless Crocs whom are now on a very poor run after their problems with the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).

While the poor form may be caused by the absence of key players such as Guy Bwele, Sani Anuar, Ashri Chuchu and Joel Epalle, the game play of the team has also been poor, leading to speculations by some fans that Robert Alberts tactics may be ill written.

For the game against Negerei Sembila, Alberts has also placed World Cup player Joel Epalle as doubtful, while also ruling out suspended Guy Bwele and Ashri Chuchu.

Negeri Sembilan on the other hand will be expecting their striking duo of Jean-Emmanuel Effa Owona and Ahmad Shakir bin Mohd Ali to continue to score as they fight for third spot among the top ten teams in the Malaysia Super League (MSL).

Against Sarawak, coach Mohd Azraai Khor bin Abdullah would be tempted to play a striking formation knowing of Sarawak’s depleted squad and the fact that Negeri Sembilan is very strong at home, loosing only once in their 10 home matches.

The game should be more important for Sarawak whom urgently needs to change their match results to avoid the drop, but Negeri Sembilan is coming into this game strong after a win against Felda United.

With that said, we believe the Crocs will hold Negeri Sembilan for a valuable one point.

Prediction: Negeri Sembilan 1-1 Sarawak
