The mouth watering Laksa Sarawak has made it into the book “The World’s Best Street Food: Where to Find It & How to Make”, making the ever popular Sarawakian dish even more popular.

The book is mainly written by Tom Parker Bowles, a food writer but it also features other contributing authors like Daniel Robinson, Ethan Gelber, Kate Armstrong, Matt Bolton and Meredith Synder. These writters like Tom have many years of experience in the food industry and food writing.
