The coming HashtagLive Kuching just got more exciting with the event confirming that they would be featuring an inter-varsity DOTA2 tournament during the event. The event would be managed by newly founded e-Sports Sarawak – Malaysia (eSM Malaysia – Sarawak)
According to our sources from Sarawak Bloggers, several teams from Kuching based local universities have already confirmed their participation in a a competition that offers some RM2000 cash.
The competition will be held at the Cityone Exhibition Centre, and will see the semi finals held during the 12 of September.
The finals of the competition would be held on Sunday the 13th of September 2015.
HashtagLive Kuching is Borneo’s biggest social media communiy event which aims to promote the good use of social media among the community.
Aside from the intervarsity competition, those attending can take part in specially made social media sections, indie performances, a bloggers gathering, and also an indie market.
