Competition seems to be getting stiffer in the smartphone business in China with Huawei revealing they are set to unveil a new device this coming 22 July 2014.

News of the impending release was teased by Huawei, and was shared by website gizchina.com.

The date coincidences with the release of Xiaomi’s so called Mi 4, which is expected to replace Xiaomi’s ever popular Mi 3 model.

Despite sharing the same launch date, Huawei’s new gadget launch does not reveal much of the smartphone with the only information I’ve gathered so far is that the phone would be an LTE enable smartphone or phablet.

Guess we have to know to find out what the massive ‘X’ is all about this coming 22nd July.
