This is something I found because I hate logging on and off my Instagram account on my smartphone. I have a few Instagram accounts, and switching between them by logging in and out of the Instagram app is really annoying.
Therefore, I did some simple research, and found an interesting way to by-pass Instagram’s native feature that does not allow the running of multiple accounts.
Introducing ‘Instwogram‘ which is ‘the app’ which would enable you to use two instagram accounts on one smartphone.
Before I go on to share the video which shows how Instwogram works, let me first remind you that this app is not available on the Google Play store, and it is considered ‘a hack’ of the original Instagram. That said, you will need to download it from the internet, and you adjust your security settings to allow ‘unknown sources’ to be installed on your phone. (Go to Setting>security)
Warnings will prompt you to make you feel scared, but I’ve got rather immune to this, and just ignored it anyway. I mean the worst would be I’d loose vital data to hackers, but that’s what you get for using ‘hack apps’, right?
Installation of the app was a breeze once I’ve downloaded it, and the moment of truth came. My experience was similar to what the video below shows. (Video uses the Samsung Note 3, but it works similar to my Xiaomi Mi 3)
When you are done, don’t forget to untick the access to ‘unknown sources’ installation so that you won’t get other apps installing themselves on your smartphone without your knowledge.
So, if you are having more than one Instagram account, and you hate logging in and out of Instagram, this app called Instwogram might be really handy.
Before you proceed, here’s a tip: Always download the stable version from the XDA forum.
