Grab, Malaysia and Southeast Asia’s leading preferred ride hailing service, has launched the first ever, Grab Lounge at Sunway Pyramid.
According to Grab, the creation of the lounge “aims to ease traffic woes during peak hours. ”
Along with the new lounge are dedicated waiting spaces for vehicles that are picking up or dropping off their passengers at the main entrance.
The lounge also enables passengers without a Grab account to call for a ride through the booking kiosks that are installed in the lounge, with tourists not having an account also able to use the services as well, as long as they have a working telephone number.
Grab added that they are looking to replicate the Grab Lounge at other Sunway Malls as well in the near future.
