UNIMAS swimming pool opens to staff and students

The Students Affairs Office of Univesiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) has announced on their official Facebook page that the university’s new swimming pool at the UNIMAS Sports Complex is now open for use among their staff and students.

Students and staff will be eligible to use the swimming pool beginning tomorrow (25th April 2012) for free.

However, minimal charges per session will be in place beginning May 1 2012. Students and staff can be make payment for the facility use at the university’s Collection Unit (Unit Hasil) which is located at the treasury’s office.

The announcement also included swim wear allowed at the swimming pool with sessions divided into open sessions and ladies session as seen below.

The swimming pool was declared open officially during the recently concluded Phase One MASUM Sports Carnival.
