Kuching receives tourist from MV Orion II

Almost 150 tourist and crew arrived into Kuching this morning. The passengers onboard the MS ORION II cruise ship dock here in Kuching before making their way to Pontianak, Indonesia.

The cruiseship that belongs to Orion Expedition Cruises, Australia is bringing passengers and crew as part of a 10 Nights “Borneo-Rajahs, Riches & Rainforests” tour around South East Asia.

The tour departed from Singapore, recently and among the schedule tours taking place locally will be trips to Bako National Park, Kuching city, Pontianak, Gunung Palung, Tanjung Puting – Camp Leakey, Benoa.

The tourist onboard are scheduled to visit key spots in Kuching such as Sarawak Cultural Village, Kuching City as well as Orang Utan rehabilitation centre
