Foot and cycling bridge at Kuching city centre planned

Sarawak Chief Minister Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud has said that there are plans to make a foot and cycling bridge across the Sarawak river at the city centre.

According to him, Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) and Kuching South City Council (MKBS) have been asked to collaborate to see if it is possible to be constructed.

He added that the bridge would be a new attraction in the city.
